No built frontend dist was deployed yet. Re-run deploy-edge.sh with --dist-dir <built-frontends> (expecting a taxpayer/ subdir with index.html), or ship it via CI. Served from /var/www/sseris/taxpayer on the edge node (10.10.2.11).
